The Savage kit has been designed to meet the needs of amateur aircraft constructors who wish to develop the aircraft "on their own", adding those personal touches that make every aircraft unique. The problems facing those who opt for this self-build strategy are essentially a chronic shortage of time and shortcomings in the skills needed to finish the work properly.
Our 51% approved advanced kit provides an answer to both these problems. No specialist work is required; the wings are fully assembled and covered with their fabric skin at the factory (ailerons and flaps included). The fuselage is painted with an epoxy primer, is fully covered with its skin and the flooring, control rods, and upholstery are already painted and/or assembled.
We could also supply a very advanced and partially mounted kit.
This kit includes as a standard work: assembly of full landing gears, tails, floorboards, pedals, controls, flap mechanism, trim control, throttle, seats, baggage compartment, wings assembly with struts and laser rigging. We can also provide a full factory assembled instrument panel.
The external bodywork can also be painted prior to delivery (on request).
